Sam Spinella is led by his passion for helping and teaching others. He builds each relationship on honesty, serves his clients with devotion, and is determined to elevate the standards of care for anyone buying or selling their home. A licensed agent since 2003 with extensive lending experience, Sam knows the complexities that can arise with any transaction. It’s his goal to simplify the process and prepare his clients every step of the way.

 

Going above and beyond is what Sam does naturally. He steps in to help with anything a client might need, from coordinating a big move to helping homeowners settle into their new place. In fact, many clients come to Sam after having less-than-stellar experiences with other agents, and Sam is always able to rise to the occasion by providing the additional support they deserve.

 

Inspired by the best mentors in the business, including Tony Robbins, Brian Buffini, and Gino Blefari, Sam believes the most important thing he can do is to educate his clients on how to achieve their real estate goals in today’s competitive market. Sam understands the emotions that come with buying or selling your home — which is why he takes great care to lead each transaction with strategy, empathy, and patience. His solid reputation for following through, staying true to his word, and consistently exceeding expectations gives Sam’s clients confidence in knowing he’ll be there for them even after the sale is complete.

 

Sam is a man of faith and a family man who’s devoted to his beautiful wife and their two amazing boys. Together, they love setting out to explore new locations and camping in their travel trailer whenever they can. Sam coaches, trains, and mentors his boys in every sport they want to try. Having grown up in a family full of educators, Sam supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. When adding anyone to the team, it is a requirement that they have the same ethics, value honest relationships, and have a passion for real estate and assisting others with a drive to learn.
